Episode 14: Pirate of Silicon Valley, 20 Years Later
Everybody Wants to Rule the World
For our fourteenth regular show, we bask in the post-WWDC hangover with a couple of mini-reviews. Dan takes a look at the SteamLink app and compares it to the hardware version, while Jake offer his initial thoughts on the PowerBeats Pro. In the HomeKit Chronicles, we follow up on some HomeKit compatible switches courtesy of the “Friends of Hue” program and take a first look at a DIY camera solution. In our main topic, we fire up the time machine and go back twenty years to revisit “Pirates of Silicon Valley” and see if it stands the test of time.
